We facilitate connections to these services but do not guarantee their performance or continued availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of AI Store Builder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Platform, including store names, product descriptions, and business information. By submitting content, you grant AI Store Builder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

9. No Payment Processing

AI Store Builder does not process or store any payment information. The Platform is provided free of charge. Any fees associated with third-party services (such as Wix subscriptions, AutoDS plans, or advertising spend on TikTok, Snapchat, or Meta) are between you and those respective providers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI STORE BUILDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI STORE BUILDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

16. Severability
